Delivery across India
We ship to serviceable Indian addresses. Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a ₹99 charge applies to orders at or below ₹999. Availability and final charges are confirmed before ordering.
Delivery times and payment
Metro deliveries generally take 3–5 business days, other cities 5–7 business days, and remote locations 7–10 business days. These are estimates and may vary by courier and location. Cash on delivery is available in eligible locations.

Returns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to ask for a return of a sealed, unopened item in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no return shipping cost to you.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Our team will explain the available refund method for cash on delivery orders.
